End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using FastPing (“Software”), you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

FastPing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial use.

Ownership

The Software and all associated files remain the property of FastPing/WraithMC. You may not claim ownership or redistribute modified versions.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Sell, rent, or sublicense the Software
• Use the Software for malicious, harmful, or illegal activities

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. FastPing does not guarantee ping reduction or performance improvement.

Limitation of Liability

FastPing is not responsible for damages including but not limited to: data loss, system issues, network problems, or any indirect damages.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.

Updates

FastPing may release updates which modify or discontinue features.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable international digital software laws.
